Background
This is me twenty years ago, when I joined college on 2001, where Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography established my balance in analog and digital technologies.
During the college years, I developed my creative identity in wedding photography. Gained my solid understanding and practice of image making process with years of education from top notch professor photographers.
My First Wedding Photography
I still remember my first wedding photography couple when I was at college. I have captured their candid wedding photographs with my old Canon AE-1 35mm film camera! Good old days..
Washing the film in dark room and turning their best day moments to prints at dark room was priceless. A state of euphoria!
Since Then
Continued as a wedding photographer since then and fell in love with every photo I've captured. I like how soulmates reflect their love with a look, holding hands, sometimes a kiss, or a touch to the other. All natural, and can't be brought back to life better than a photograph! That's all a part of candid photography and the base of my photography style.
My Style
My style is a mixture of photojournalistic and editorial photography.
I often turn natural moments to realistic beauties with my artistic license. They reflect reality. It's also been called as photojournalistic photography or candid photography, which focuses on spontaneous pictures rather than the posed shots.
I feel the need for posed pictures and that's where my editorial photography blends into my candid photo shooting style. Every bride and groom deserves to be on the cover page of a magazine. Editorial shootings need the best technical knowledge in wedding photography and the focus is mostly on posing and lighting. That's where I love using my technical skills and years of experience.
As a photography artist, I love telling the love story of soulmates with a fine art style. Families, friends, celebration, getting ready, and party time. All of them are a part of the wedding day!
